The Parasol Mushroom
By Mark Flippo
The gills are crowded, free, and white with a pale pink tinge sometimes present. The spore print is white. It has a pleasant nutty smell. When sliced, the white flesh may turn a pale pink.
The photographer did a great job with the lighting and angle! I call these a wisdom fungus! You need Wisdom and Knowledge to know which variety to eat and which is poisonous! They can help or hurt you. Like relationships with people you need to know who is safe to be around and who to avoid like the black plague! Some seem good at first and then they show their true colors when it is to late. God give us discernment to know the difference between good and evil, when we meet people!!!
