Heads I Win And Tails You Lose!
By Mark Flippo
Talk about a no win situation! Has anyone ever given you that choice? Of course you know you lose either way! Have you ever felt squeezed between two thoughts or people? It's like riding a picket fence down a hill. You are in such pain with trying to decide what should you do! I have felt this way many times. You ask "God, What should I do?" You may be pacing back and forth, popping your knuckles, pulling or twisting your hair around your finger, texting, writing, or calling someone on the phone to ask for help making your decision! (I'm a pacer sometimes) I remember scriptures like this one,
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Then I ask myself that's great but how does that help? Sorry if I have offended you! Scripture alone does not always help. You need your understanding opened.
Luke 24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
When you pray and ask God for help, try asking for understanding about your situation. You never know until you ask! I have to all the time, this world is confusing!
